  Amazing service and great food! Ordered a classic burger and the meat was juicy and everything tasted very fresh. Place was clean and organized. Staff was super! I enjoyed eating there, I was at work pretty much all day and I came here right after work with my mom to relax at 11pm and was treated so well! Thank you thank you thank you!

  The customer service here is horrible. The staff acts like they don’t want to work here and serve the people. The host was not “host” like she was in a bad mood and clearly did not want to work. I placed a to-go order and waited in the lobby for 40minutes. One of the waitress had a horrible attitude towards me due to a miscommunication with the order I placed. I felt so threatened and disrespected and it got so bad that I had to tell her manager about the disrespect I received. Not to mention my daughter was with me and she even expressed to me that the woman was disrespectful to us and it hurt me that she had to experience this. Once the issue was resolved with the manager everything was fine. He was very understanding, I guess he had complaints from her in the past. Very disorganized and sorry to say but ghetto. A few bad apples (employees) can ruin the entire bunch. I’ll never order from here again.

  Awesome late night service. Especially since the place was not crowded. "Key" made me feel welcome w/her warmth

  This place SUCKS!!! We came in the manager Bob seated us in 5mins that was 2:26 PM. The place wasn't as crowded as usual, we sat with menus until 3:10 pm and not one waiter came to our table, we watch the one whole side nearly clear out and new guests were being seated and still not one person came to even say they will be with us. We got up an left at 3:15 but not until I addressed manager Bob that the service Sucks, and hence this review. Been there before when it was wall to wall people,and got service within a few moments of being seated, took awhile for the food to come but with a massive crowd it's expected but this lack of acknowledgement as a guest waiting was absurd!! I will never go there again!!

  I'd love to give a higher star rating but I can not. From start to finish, my experience was unpleasant. The waiter, unspeakable. There was very little interest in my table. There was a larger group seated behind and that is where all the attention went. It was difficult to get his attention. Food took time to come out. My order didn't sit well with me and because I couldn't get the waiter, I asked for manager. Manager came out to address my displeasure with the food. My order was fish and chips and I changed to a short stack of pancakes. (That I didn't finish due to my unhappiness with the establishment and waiter.) No comp, kind of surprised. I was displeased from seating to leaving.
